Our Client is looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant.
This role sits within their hugely successful Fintech recruitment team who are super high performers, working with some of the leading global Fintech businesses and have access to key decision makers (CEOs, Directors etc.) who are at the forefront of their fields.
Who should apply for the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant?
- An experienced recruiter with a keen interest in the Fintech industry and a passion for partnering with start-up/scale-up Fintech businesses.
- You have a strong Business Development process and proven track record of winning your own clients.
- You have a distinct internal drive and hustle – with the environment they have you will really succeed.
- You’re genuinely excited about growing superstar Sales teams and involve yourself in the community.
- You pride yourself on being really good at what you do, we will definitely ask you about it!
