Responsibilities of Senior Recruitment Consultant:
- Build your network by connecting and identifying the best candidates and clients in either the Data, ERP and CRM
- Complete a high volume of calls to prospective clients and candidates each day
- Sign on new clients and build long-lasting relationships
- Manage multiple full-cycle recruitment processes
- Negotiate, organise, and finalise assignments and offers between candidates and clients
Must-Haves for a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
- Experienced 360/ full-desk Consultants with 12+ months experience within the Technology sector Data, ERP and CRM
- Previous experience of building a Contract OR Perm book of business
- Candidates with excellent Account Management and Business Development experience
- Professionals with a successful track record of bringing in new business
- Resilient and focused approach to their career
