Recruitment Consultant – Data / Tech Recruitment

An excellent opportunity has become available with a well established and respected Tech Recruitment company in central London. My client is looking for ambitious, target motivated people with a strong work ethic to join them as a Recruitment Consultant.

They are well known in their sector and have a number of repeat customers. Based in central London, easily commutable close to mainline and tube stations.

They have stable teams covering Sales – Marketing – Creative – Data within Technology and we would be particularly interested in hearing from anyone with experience in:

· Testing & Quality Assurance

· Cloud Infrastructure

· Telecoms

· Cyber Security

· Software Engineering

· Mobile

· Programme & Project Management

Although we would be happy to talk to anyone with any experience running a 360 desk within any Tech specialism.

You would work in a warm, friendly collaborative team environment – Everybody wants everyone else to do well – There is always support and advice available.

This is a full 360 role – You would be given roles to fill and clients to look after – However, the expectation is that you would continue to do Business Development alongside filling these roles.

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant

· Actively source and qualify candidates

· Make sales calls to bring in new business

· Keep in touch with existing business contacts

· Use online tools to effectively network with Clients and Candidates

· Manage the client’s needs and expectations

· Maintaining strong relationships in the market

· Provide excellent customer service to Clients and Candidates

Requirements of a Recruitment Consultant

· Excellent communication skills
